Studio de Ylia offers a unique experience to disconnect and recharge or simply being a temporary home away from home while you explore and experience the magic of the southwest. The space Studio de Ylia is a cozy, private studio centrally located within a short driving time to a variety of attractions and nearby towns in the southwest area of Puerto Rico. The fully-furnished studio unit is for 3 guests maximum and is located below our main apartment home. It has its own private entrance and enclosed yard. A powerful air conditioner cools the entire unit and there is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the essentials, including a blender, and coffee maker. Complimentary coffee and tea are offered during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio unit located on the lower part of the structure, a covered area outside that serves as an outdoor hangout space and eating area as well as the back and side patio areas. Other things to note EXPECTATIONS: The six expectations below will ensure a good experience for everyone and have been set due to past issues with guests. These expectations will help us to proactively avoid problems to maintain peace and harmony. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to communicate these expectations to other guests. 1. Turn off air conditioning unit when not in use, unless you are leaving your pet, and use only with windows and door closed. 2. Smoking is allowed only in the patio, and you must dispose of cigarette butts in the trash can and not on the floor of the property. 3. Do not block the shared driveway. 4. Quiet hours are from 10 PM-8AM Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday from 12 AM-8AM (Civil Code). Also, please be mindful and considerate of the noise levels throughout the day as this unit is right below the upper unit’s bedrooms. 5. If you bring pets, clean and dispose of their waste, and do not allow them to sleep on the beds. Most importantly, if you bring dogs and plan to leave them unattended in the unit they must be house-trained not to bark excessively and/or unnecessarily as this will disturb other guests and neighbors. 6. Respect the property and leave everything as you find it. Anything that is removed from the property will be charged from your security deposit. POTENTIAL FOR NOISE: Please know that there is some exposure to the sounds of traveling cars since the house is located in front of a main road (road 101). However, the sounds are minimally heard inside the studio when the door and windows are closed and the air conditioner is in use. Also, there is a bar/market nearby and sounds from people and music could be heard in the afternoon and evening time. The bar/market closes at 10pm nightly. Please consider this prior to booking. PARKING: Designated parking (not gated at the moment) is located right next to the property. There is parking for multiple vehicles, jet skis, and boats. You must consult the host if you plan to bring more than two vehicles and/or towing and/or storing any of the aforementioned.
