Guest access 🏟️Enjoy quick and effortless freeway access — Levi’s Stadium is just about 46 miles away, typically a 45–48 minute drive depending on traffic. 🏟️ Other things to note We kindly request that you carefully read all the notes and rules provided below: The fire place is not available! NOTE: We enforce a strict quiet hours policy after 9:00 PM. Any loud or disruptive noise—whether inside or outside the home—will be considered a violation of our house rules. This includes music, shouting, gatherings, or any other activity that may disturb neighbors or be classified as a public nuisance. Additionally, large commercial vehicles, such as refrigerator trucks or any trucks that emit excessive noise, are strictly prohibited on the premises at all times, especially after 9:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in immediate action, including termination of the reservation without refund. 1. Dear friends and guests, During the resolution of any issue, or in the presence of one, your positive attitude and understanding are greatly appreciated. Helping others not only brings joy and happiness but also contributes to a sense of well-being, which has been scientifically proven to aid in aging gracefully. Thank you very much for your understanding. 2. Please note that the hot tub is NOT included in our amenities. Its not functional! 3. **Pool Access:** The pool is only available during the summer season, from June 10th to August 31st. It's important to note that the pool is not heated. However, during warm weather, it naturally provides warmth from the sun. The pool depth ranges from 3 ft to 9 ft. Please note that we do not provide pool jackets, floats, or pool games. 4. Please be aware that natural debris such as leaves and grass may occasionally fall into the pool, as this is beyond our control. We make every effort to clean the pool thoroughly, but some debris and grass may still be present. 5. **Pool Lighting:** There is no lighting directly around the pool area. However, we do have a light on the deck that may assist in providing some illumination. 6. Please use mosquito spray, wipes, or lotion when outside. We are not responsible for any mosquito-related issues. Thank you for your attention to these details. **THROUGH THE ACT OF RESERVING THIS ACCOMMODATION, YOU CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE: RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In connection with the hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, pond, spa, decks, railings, bunk beds accessible by ladders, and other features referred to as Special Features, it is the responsibility of the Guest, if available, to acquaint themselves with safety measures related to the use or proximity of these Special Features. The Guest acknowledges that the surrounding area of Special Features is not enclosed or secured, posing unique risks, especially for unsupervised children, individuals under the influence of substances, those on medication, individuals with health conditions, or pregnant individuals. The Guest commits to communicating the associated risks to all property guests, directing them to refrain from accessing restricted or unsafe areas. The Guest accepts full responsibility for informing all occupants of these risks, their consequences, and assumes complete and sole responsibility for any resulting accidents. The Guest expressly waives any claims against the property owner or Manager for injuries or claims. INDEMNIFICATION: The Guest and all occupants undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims arising from personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of the premises, regardless of the nature of the incident, injury, or loss. Guests expressly understand that any insurance maintained by the Landlord or Property Manager on the property does not cover their personal property. Guests are strongly advised to procure their own insurance for such coverage if desired. Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. If unauthorized guests are detected or suspected, it will be deemed as an agreement to the host’s right to cancel the reservation without any refund. All individuals, regardless of whether the total number of guests is within the maximum allowed occupancy, must be registered and disclosed to the host in advance. Approval from the host is required for all guests prior to their arrival. The primary guest (the person who booked) must be 25+ and present for the full reservation. If this requirement isn’t met, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued, per our policy. For work-related stays or working professionals, we may consider an exception. Dear Guests, We kindly request your attention to the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant and safe stay: 1. **Supervision of Children:** Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, both around the pool, hot tub, inside and outside of the house. Please ensure the gate is always closed and locked. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or injuries. 2. **Pool Usage:** Please refrain from using the pool or hot tub alone. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim or use them at your own risk. No parties or events are permitted on the premises. Smoking is also prohibited. 3. **Quiet Hours:** Respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 9pm to 8 am. 4. **Parking:** Please park only two cars in the driveway space, with up to 2 additional cars allowed on the street. No extra cars are permitted. 5. **Gardening and Pool Service:** We have regular gardening and pool service. Both service personnel may need access to the front and back yards but will not interrupt or enter the property. *The homeowner will come to collect the mail from the mailbox every week. 6. **Care and Responsibility:** Please handle the curtain gently. Any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. Guests are expected to follow house rules and leave the property in the same condition as upon check-in. 7. NO SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTISIDE OF THE HOUSE!! IF WE SUSPECT SMOKING WE WILL CHARGE $2500 8. **Pool Rules:** Adhere to the posted pool rules for safety: - No running, diving, pushing, or jumping. - Refrain from shouting and consuming alcohol. - Shower before entering the pool and use restrooms. - Avoid bringing food, drinks, glass, or sharp items near the pool. - No rough play or swimming alone. - Pets are not allowed in the pool area. - Do not swallow pool water. - Do not swim if suction outlets are missing or broken. - Do not swim if you've had diarrhea within the last two weeks. Also, please always cover the hot tub after use and refrain from turning it off. 8. **Shower Safety:** Be cautious with shower doors, faucets, and watch your step. We prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our guests and implement thorough cleaning processes after each check-out. 9. **Insect Prevention:** Due to warm weather, insects may be present inside and outside the house. We take measures to minimize their presence as much as possible. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
