The living room is designed with large windows giving direct access to the outdoor pool area, a spacious entrance hall with an extra toilette and a spacious independent kitchen with top quality appliances and fittings. New 2023 smart TVs in each room and a reliable and fast Wi-fi connection installed throughout the house with wi-fi coverage in gardens and pool areas as well. The second villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, a leaving room with extendable sofa and 1 bathroom. Eight more people could be accommodated in the smaller villa, so totally 20 people in both villas. In case there is a need for single accommodation in each room, the customer need to pay full price for double accommodation for the two villas. The villa welcomes you with an automatic gate at the entrance of the property, and plenty of parking space to easily accommodate +12 cars. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with large beds and mattresses of top quality and comfort. There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer as well as a toilet in it.
