Open the door and step out onto a very large and open sun deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy it at nighttime with the string lights under the stars. Tucked in the back, surrounded by shade trees, is a fully screened, large outdoor living area that is perfect for entertaining, or relaxing listening to Mother Nature. Street parking is not available. - The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A.
