Each pet will incur a $100 charge for the duration of your stay. Please no pets in the pool or on the beds due to potential allergies of future guests. Appreciate it! Please let me know if you have any additional questions! HEATED POOL: Enjoy a heated pool for $100/night! We heat it to the high 80s F. Perfect place to relax in the warm water during the cold months! SECURITY: For your safety and security, there are exterior cameras (front yard, backyard, and a video Ring Doorbell). There are no cameras inside of the home for your privacy. The outdoor cameras are only reviewed when necessary [settling a claim or if an incident occurs]. POOL RULES: There is NO fence surrounding the pool or a lifeguard on duty. Please watch and attend to all children and non-skilled swimmers around pool. NO diving or jumping off of the waterfall for your safety! The pool is 5ft deep, so please no diving. By continuing with this reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all Pool Rules. HOUSE RULES: - ABSOLUTELY NO parties or large gatherings! Any party or large gathering over the maximum guest allowance will result in immediate cancellation without refund and fined up to $1,000. - Any call from the cops will immediately incur $500, on top of the city fines. - Early check in and check out are only possible based on availability. Early check in and check out will incur additional $50-100 depending on time requested.
