Bring the whole family to this amazing place with plenty of room to socialize. Located in scenic Saltsjö-Boo with proximity to the sea, lakes, nature reserves etc. Large lovely house carefully renovated* in old style. *as with all renovation projects, there is no list, etc. here and there, but there is nothing that affects the functionality. The space You arrive at the house along beautifully landscaped stone walkways and flower beds and climb up the stairs to the "breakfast terrace". Here you can sit in the best sunny position (it will be warm!) from early morning to about 2:30 pm. Take a few more steps and enter the house through beautiful double doors. From the hall you reach the toilet with shower straight ahead, kitchen and living room on the right and the rest of the house on the left. The kitchen is fully equipped and has seating for 4 people. Large lovely double glass doors lead out onto the terrace at the back of the house. There is a dining area for 8-10 people with sun from morning to about 7:30 p.m. in the summer and a large gas grill. Further through the kitchen, you come down to the Living room of about 45 sqm and with over 5 meters in the ceiling, large TV and music/surround system. Plenty of room to socialize. To the left of the hall, you enter the dining room with a fireplace and space for 8-10 people in a lovely room with bay windows, chest panel and beautiful green walls. Further in the house, you will come to a smaller living room with 2 2-seater sofas, plenty of board games and TV. Inside there is a library/office. On the upper floor of the house you will find a lovely double bedroom, two children's bedrooms and the large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and double sink. In the children's bedrooms, it is also possible to add an extra mattress per room. On the lower floor of the house is a laundry room with a sink, washing machine and dryer, a cozy guest bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and the large airy entrance with built-in storage and plenty of space when the family is going on an excursion. Outside the guest room you will find another lovely patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee during the day. Here, it's sunny almost all day. On the plot there is an outhouse where half is decorated with a comfortable hall and a room with a sofa bed and office space. Double glass doors lead out to another patio surrounded by trellises to give a private and cozy feeling. Between the main building and the guest house, there is also plenty of room to park 3-4 cars well protected from the street. Guest access Guests have access to the entire living space. Garage and storage spaces are not available. Other things to note There are usually 2 dogs in the house
