Other things to note Guest Registration The entrance to the property will only be allowed to those people who have previously sent their complete information to HUESPEDIA's reservations team 24 hours before their arrival. This measure is mandatory and is intended to ensure security and control within the accommodation. Prohibition of Visits Visits from unregistered persons are not allowed during the stay. This policy aims to preserve the tranquility, security and privacy of all our guests. Payment of the Entrance Handle It is mandatory to make the payment of an identification handle for a value of $15.000 COP. Payment is made through transfer with QR code (in person) at the reception of the building, before entering the property. This handle will be your identification as guests of the co-ownership, and will grant you free access to the social and/or common areas. The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
