Other things to note To help maintain the high quality of our apartments and protect the property, a refundable security deposit of €250 is required. This deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card up to 1 day before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking method. The security deposit is not an additional charge. It serves solely as a guarantee against any accidental damage to the apartment, furniture, appliances, or other amenities during your stay. Provided that no damage is found and the house rules have been respected, the full amount will be automatically refunded to the same credit card within 7 days after check-out.
