Gate House!

Enjoy the best of the Atlantic Forest offers by staying in this cozy house of the countryside. The Gate House or House, as we affectionately call it, has ample environments with natural light. It offers comfort and safety, in addition to multiple possibilities of contact with nature. River, waterfall, orchard, trails and panoramic views a few steps away. As it can accommodate up to 4 people, the Gate offers a comfortable queen bed (bedroom) and two single bed sofas ( living room). The space Catuçaba is a district of the Brazilian municipality of São Luiz do Paraitinga, which is part of the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba and Litoral Norte, in the interior of the state of São Paulo The Gate House is located within the Catuçaba Reserve, a private property, 20 minutes from the center of Catuçaba, driving on a beautiful dirt road that goes around the mountains. A 4x4 vehicle will be required to access the site. The guest will receive the lock code from the Catuçaba Reserve gatehouse and key instructions, close to the reservation date. The house comfortably accommodates two people in the queen-size bed, and two children (or not very large people) on the sofa ;) What to expect? Starry sky, small orchard and vegetable garden, hiking trails and streams. Waterfalls! Animals of all kinds, birds, spiders, horses, coyotes, owls, bees, etc. Silence. Calm. Fresh air. Comfortable bed, hot shower, cozy atmosphere. What not to expect? Wi-fi Guest access The guest will have exclusive access to the Gate House and will be able to circulate through the Catuçaba Reserve and its surroundings in order to explore and get to know the neighborhood. We have two other properties within the Reserve for our family's use. Eventually, we'll meet there :) Other things to note A 4x4 vehicle is not required to reach the Reserve, but it is recommended. The road is unpaved, with a lot of uphill and loose stones. With rain, the adventure is greater. It is also worth remembering that it is a location far from hospitals and commerce. We don't have Wi-Fi for now, but some cellphone carriers connect well.
