The space Dos Caminos is the two paths that brought us together. We designed this home with love. Love for the journey. Love for the beauty of nature - ocean vistas are everywhere you turn. Love for the artists and artisans of Mexico who we have met in our travels and whose work adorns the space. Caught up in busy days, it is too easy to forget the journey. We created our Puerto Vallarta retreat to cherish the moments and create new memories. Guest access You will have access to the entire condo and private terrace. Laundry is available within the unit. You will also be able to enjoy the condo's community pool and sundeck with ocean views. Other things to note Our condo is located in the Romantic Zone on Playa Los Muertos, which is a very popular and vibrant area. We walk everywhere during our stays. There are two beach clubs and a resort near our condo. Drifting music from the beach clubs may be audible, especially from the balcony, usually until around 10pm. During celebration days or weeks, such as Pride, this may be extended. Due to the popularity of the location and its growth, construction projects are a possibility, ranging from individual unit renovations to larger projects in the building or nearby. Rarely is a project schedule disclosed in advance, so we cannot predict if there will be any activity during a particular timeframe nor can we determine the degree to which it may be bothersome to guests, if at all. We have spent a lot of time at our condo and have always enjoyed it. Similarly, during our years of making our home available to guests, we have received few reports about noise. Expectations, surrounding activity, individual schedules and sensitivities may all contribute to the experience. For us, we would describe the condo building area as having observable but not disruptive sound levels. We mention all of this so that you are aware of the potential for noise. This is a condition for all local condos and hotels, not just our place.
