Newly built premium cabin with all the amenities, located just 7 miles from town and only 3 miles from the Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails. Ride straight from the cabin to the trails. Ensuring every moment is as enjoyable indoors as it is outdoors, you will experience comfort and entertainment with our fully stocked kitchen, private master bedroom, an upstairs loft equipped with two twin beds - perfect for the kiddos - and an air hockey table that is sure to promise hours of friendly competition. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows on our Smart TV equipped with Bluetooth audio available for conveniently connecting your smart device for audio streaming. Free Wi-Fi is also available. You will also have the luxury of enjoying spacious front and back porches, unwind in the inviting hot tub, engage in a game of cornhole, or share stories around the cozy firepit. The North and West Head Wolf Pen Gap Trails are just 3 miles away and accessible by ATV straight from the property. Town is a quick 10 minute trip for shopping or dining. We are pet friendly! Up to two pets are welcome and pet fees apply per pet. The cabin is most suitable for 4 guests but can accommodate up to 6. Additional fees apply for guest total exceeding five. Please excuse our mess up the ridge towards the back of the property while we work hard to clear space for our upcoming cabins. Although we are not always on the property, we may be on site occasionally for maintenance and new cabin construction. Guest access The entire cabin is yours to enjoy. Guest will be provided a key code prior to reserved arrival date. There is plenty of parking space for utility trailers, vehicles and ATV's for guests only. Parking on the property is reserved for guests only. Other things to note Owners are occasionally on site for property management and improvements. There is also some construction taking place on the property up the ridge where we are working on the future home of new cabins. Up to two pets are welcome and must be kept in a crate when unsupervised. Pet fee is $100/pet per stay. There is a $15 per guest, per night fee for over 5 guests. Maximum allowed is 6.
