The condominium has a 24-hour entrance with security, private parking, swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, ice maker, market, restaurant, beauty salon, laundry and a shared Omo space with washing and drying machines. The building has 24-hour security and a parking space. Located at Posto 2 and 5 minutes from Olegário Maciel Street, where you can find all kinds of shops: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, market, gyms, etc. The space offers all kinds of amenities: - bed and bath linens, as well as beach towels. - Wi-Fi / air conditioning/ TV - Water filter (natural and cold). - Refrigerator/Induction stove/Electric oven. - Microwave/Nespresso coffee maker. - Sandwich maker/Blender/Toaster. - Air Fryer/Electric kettle/glasses/cups. - Cutlery/Plates/Dishcloths. - Hairdryer/Iron. - Clothesline. - Beach chairs/ cooler. Guest access Access to the apartment will only be granted after all guests have been identified at the reception. If everything is in order, the guest responsible for the reservation will receive the key. Other things to note 1. Your entry will only be allowed after identification at the building's reception and release by the employees. 2. Respect the condominium rules, if any fine is applied, regardless of the reason, it will be passed on to the guests. 3. Remember the building is residential, respect the residents and the established quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). 4. Visitors will only be allowed with the host's prior authorization and after being identified by the condominium reception (name and document number). 5. Overnight stays by visitors, friends or family who are not included in the number of guests previously informed will not be allowed. If this happens, a fine of the daily rate will be charged after your checkout. 5. Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment. 6. Please do not leave trash piling up (the trash can is at the end of the hallway to the right behind the double door). 7. Infants and children are counted in the number of guests (maximum 6 guests allowed). 8. Take care of the apartment's items. Damage will be assessed and, if necessary, charged to guests. 9. After the reservation is confirmed, the name and document number of all guests will be requested. Preferably in advance so that there are no problems at check-in. 10. IMPORTANT! If the check-out time is not respected, there will be an additional charge in the amount of one night. 11. Check-in can be done at any time after 3:00 p.m., provided that the names and numbers of all guests have been sent in advance as seen above. 12. At checkout, make sure you have collected all your personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left in the property after your checkout.
