The mews is a perfect choice if you are looking for 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms , a spacious sitting room with smart TV , a simple kitchen and kitchenette. You can enjoy the private courtyard and bring your dog . Centrally located, convenient for the Scilly Isles, St. Ives, the train from London and all that the beautiful, individual town of Penzance offers. Perfect for exploring during the day and relaxing in comfort at night. Sleeps 5 with a sofa bed. Wifi Inc. The space Courtyard Mews offer comfortable, stylish accommodation for up to 5 people. The bedrooms are located on two sides with a small courtyard separating them. Guests need to be aware of the set up and take it into account if your group includes young children . Please as if unsure before booking. The mews is ideal for a group of two couples, parents with teen age children, two adults wanting to be independent of each other. The larger bedroom suite is located on the first floor with a private staircase and separate entrance. With a large en suite bath room and sitting area. The other bedroom is on the opposite side across a small courtyard. With a simple kitchen , bathroom/shower, a spacious, light filled sitting room with two sofas, 1 is a sofa bed suitable for children and people under 5.8. A smart TV, electric wood burner and large table with books and games. The bedroom is opposite the sitting room with a double bedroom and built in cupboard. Guests are welcome to use the courtyard and use the barbecue. We welcome a well behaved dog in the main apartment. Infants and toddlers are welcome if supervised at all times and parents must take full responsibility and be aware of the short but steep staircase. We are keen to point out there are short but steep stairs with no stair gates. This is a self catering and not suitable for large amounts of cooking. There is an above counter small oven , you can roast a chicken for example, with two hobs. It is designed for very simple cooking and reheating. Microwave available in the other kitchenette. There is a supply of plates, cutlery, glasses , small cooking pots and utensils. There is not a dining table but guests are welcome to eat together in the sitting room . An ideal place to enjoy a night out in Penzance, for people off or on the Scillonian Ferry, or for a longer stay, beach holiday , the beach is 10 mins away, perfect for exploring this beautiful area as we are 5 minutes from the `bus and train . The property is strictly non smoking with no exceptions and we reserve the right to ask guests to vacate if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping in the rooms . Vaping is allowed in the courtyard. Smoking is not allowed within the courtyard. Guest access The rooms are accessed via the courtyard which is at the back of our Georgian town house. There are two front doors with private entrances.
