Spacious, modern and charming WindMark beach home with 2 master kings, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms—great for large groups, multiple families (or if you want a quiet place to go while the rest of the family is making way too much noise)! 😂 Beach gear (umbrellas/towels/toys/chairs/cart), bbq grill, ping pong table, 4 golf cart and bicycles included! Heated zero entry pool, restaurants, shops, and beach are just 3mins away with the provided golf cart (7-8min walk). 🚴 🏖️ The space This is a whole house with 2 separate suites. A hall door connects the two suites but can be closed for privacy. The main suite features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 7 adults with an additional pack & play for a little one. The main master suite also has a fold out twin bed and its master bathroom has a large bathtub and separate shower. The queen sized bedroom shares a bathroom with a bunkbed and daybed with a trundle pull out. The bonus suite has its own kitchen, laundry and living room space with a king sized bedroom 👍 Guest access You have full access to the entire home which includes two separate (but connecting) suites with 2 master kings, 2 living rooms, and 2 separate full kitchens (each with their own fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and laundry). Other things to note The whole house has filtered water (no sulphur!). Your bathroom sink will taste just as good as the kitchen sink (no need to bring or buy bottled water). In addition to all the sea life and ocean sand, WindMark Beach features several restaurants from casual to fancy, a boutique, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlor, a sports bar, a beauty salon, a gym, and even a worship center for the more spiritually inclined visitors! Not enough? Downtown Port St Joe is only a 10 minute drive away for even more shopping with dozens of boutiques and restaurants to visit. The White Marlan is our favorite restaurant with fantastic ocean views and amazing food.
