Villa Il Richiamo di Gallura is a beautiful property surrounded by lush nature, with a splendid view of the islet of Molara and only a short distance from the renowned beach of Lu Impostu. Both the indoor and outdoor areas will offer guests privacy and the right ambience for a relaxing holiday. The space Villa Il Richiamo di Gallura is located just a short distance from the marvelous Lu Impostu beach. Please note: The Lu Impostu Beach, like other beaches in Sardinia, has a limited number of visitors and requires the purchase of an access through online platforms. This property, arranged over two levels connected externally, boasts two separate entrances and entirely independent spaces. Both floors feature fully equipped kitchens, spacious living areas, and direct access to the outdoor space. On the upper floor, a splendid terrace offers enchanting views of the Molara islet and the surrounding coastline. Meanwhile, the lower floor's living area connects directly to a patio nestled among stone walls, hosting a small lounge area and a large built-in barbecue. There's also an outdoor courtyard with stone seating surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, featuring six bedrooms: five doubles and one with two single beds, complemented by five modern and comfortable bathrooms. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €1500,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
