The room is very cozy located in Tower 2, Serin West Tagaytay. The property's location is perfect as guests will enjoy the cold weather of Tagaytay, and the view of the Taal Lake while being just ACROSS the Serin mall, which is complete with whatever you need for your short vacation. The mall has restaurants, a spa, a salon, a department store, a grocery store, etc. This is also beside Our Lady of Lourdes Church. With Wi-Fi and Netflix The space The room is a spacious studio unit with a balcony and a view of Taal Lake. The room is beautifully decorated and is complete with the ff: -Double bed & Single pull out -Aircon -Flat Screen TV -TV Plus and Netflix and Fast Wi-Fi -Cabinet -Desk/ Dining table and 2 Chairs -Rice Cooker, Stove w/Rangehood -Microwave Oven, Water Kettle -Pots and Pans -Kitchenware (plates, utensils, good for 4) -Iron & Ironing board upon request The property is turned over with bed linens, towels, shampoo & soap. Our accommodations are designed to comfortably accommodate 2-3 guests, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable stay. However, if you have a group of 4 and don't mind getting a bit cozy, we're more than happy to welcome the extra person. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so if you're comfortable with a slightly snug arrangement, feel free to bring along the fourth person. For those who are attending weddings, or are planning to get married in Tagaytay, this is the perfect place for the couple and their guests to get ready for the wedding, as Our Lady of Lourdes Parish is just beside the building. Guest access All area inside our unit is accessible to the guest. For the common areas in the building: Children's Play Area Garden and open spaces Multi-purpose Hall/Clubhouse (there is a fee to book this) Walkway with trellises Lounge and sitting area. Pool (Pool is by a reservation basis only and needs to book in advance and with a pool fee) Other things to note The swimming Pool in Serin is now open for the guest on a reservation basis. Need to book at least 1 day in advance. Kindly inform us in advance if you want to use the pool. Pool is open from 8am to 6pm only. Only 4 people max per unit are allowed to use. For 2 hrs use a day. A person with covid symptoms during the day of swimming will be refused to use the pool by the Property management. The pool fee is Php 100/ per head max of 4 pax. The pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance and general cleaning. No smoking inside the unit. The maximum capacity of the unit is up to 4 pax only ( babies and kids are already included in the headcount). We need to get all the names and Ids of the guests staying in the unit & submit them to the property management. A vaccination card is required upon entry No parking in the building. You may also park at the parking area of Ayala Serin Mall . their overnight parking fee is Php 350.00 There is free parking for a single motorcycle only at the Serin west building.
