THE INDOOR SPACE: You have 2 private bedrooms (with queen bed, closet, tv and an small desk with its chair on each one), kitchenet, full bathroom and eating area. The space DOES NOT HAVE a living room area. THE OUTDOOR SPACE: Dining table with six chairs, barbecue grill, hammock, outdoor under roof seating area with tv and workout equipment, kayaks and fishing rods. Guest access The entrance is located on the rear of the house. Use the pathway located facing the house on your right hand side. You can use all the outdoors except for the screened area on the opposite side of the pathway. Other things to note The beauty of the river and the variety of the fauna is what makes our place very unique and special. The house is located on a canal of Port Saint Lucie River, for that reason, you can expect to find all kinds of animals including gators. "DO NOT SWIM IN THE RIVER" We are not aware of any incident with humans. actually, some of our neighbors use paddle boards all the time.
