Step into the open-concept Great Room, where you’ll find a welcoming living space featuring a plush pull-out sofa, a 50” Roku TV, and a rustic propane fireplace—ideal for curling up after a day of outdoor adventures. The dining area comfortably seats your group at a modern-style table, and the spacious kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware to make home-cooked meals a breeze. Unwind outdoors on either the front or back deck. Sip your morning coffee on the expansive front porch as you breathe in the mountain air, or fire up the BBQ and stargaze from the back deck as the sun sets. The private fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars—don’t forget the s’mores! Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms offer peaceful retreats after a day of exploring. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and serene views of the fire pit and pine-covered backyard. Bedroom 2 boasts a custom king-size log bed, flat screen Roku TV, and windows that frame views of the surrounding forest and neighborhood. Each level of the cabin includes a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. A full-size laundry room just off the kitchen adds extra comfort for longer stays. Whether you're visiting nearby national parks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying the quiet of the forest, Heart of the Forest is your base for mountain memories and peaceful moments. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin, outdoor fire-pit with picnic area, both front and back decks, built in horse shoe pit, and driveway with room for up to 4 vehicles. There is ample parking space for vehicles and trailers. The outdoor deck is perfect for morning coffee, evening BBQs, and stargazing at night. Private excluded areas include 2 closets, 2 pantry doors, and outdoor shed. These areas have been locked and are for cleaning staff and home owner use only. Our property is outlined by rock boundaries and does not have a fenced in yard, as is typical of most mountain homes in the Duck Creek Village and surrounding areas. Please stay within the property boundaries, and respect the privacy of nearby neighboring cabins, so we may all enjoy the serenity provided by this natural landscape. Other things to note - Check-in: 4 PM MT - Check-out: 10 AM MT - A 4x4 vehicle is required during winter months due to snow.
