Ideal for outdoor lovers and concert-goers, you’re just a short stroll from downtown Troutdale and McMenamins Edgefield, with easy access to local eats, shops, and hikes. Whether you’re heading to Multnomah falls, floating down the Sandy River, or heading up to Mt. Hood, your next adventure starts right here. The space Enjoy your own private one-bedroom suite completely separate from the main house! Located on the first level of a townhome, it features a secure entrance, its own heating and AC, and a fenced-in backyard with a cozy furnished deck. Small charming space boasting compact features with a living-room and newly added bedroom. • 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) • Brand new window AC • Outdoor deck with seating and gazebo • Full bathroom with shower (no tub) The kitchenette includes: • sink • microwave • small mini fridge with freezer • Keurig • toaster • electric kettle The kitchenette is perfect for reheating meals or popping popcorn. There is no stove or dishwasher but cutlery, plates, dish soap, complimentary snacks & bottled water are provided. Please feel free to ask us any questions about nearby trails, excursions, or hidden waterfalls. Guest access Private entry and parking on the street outside the back gate. The gate opens to a private fully-fenced in yard with several steps that lead up to the property door. *If you order food you’ll want to specify for your deliveries to go to the back entrance. The house number is on the gate.* Other things to note For health-related reasons, pets and service animals cannot be accommodated. The living room couch is a loveseat and is not a suitable size for sleeping. This suite is best suited for those willing to share a queen sized bed. The deck is still available during winter months however the rug and pillows will be stored for the rainy season. The pillows are stored in the studio storage closet. Feel free to use them, please return them to the storage closet when done. When the rug is out - you might want to do a little “toe test” to make sure it isn’t wet before going barefoot.
