The dining table provides a comfortable space for shared meals. The living area includes a sofa bed for two guests and a flat-screen TV for relaxation (no channels). • Bedroom The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. • Bathroom The bathroom is clean and modern, fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire apartment, along with all provided services, ensuring comfort and privacy. Other things to note Please note that with booking this apartment you accept our houserules: -you will need to download an applicaton in order to get the entry details -check-in is at 3 PM -check-out is at 10 AM -no partying -no smoking -you can't make loud noise from 10 PM to 8AM -we provide one towel/guest (more if the reservation lasts longer than a week) -It's forbiden to take any provided amenities from the apartment(including the towels). If the guest violates this policy they will have to pay a demage deposite, especially if what they took gets demaged. Please inform us if you require airport transfer.
