The space The Casita is fully furnished and has a kitchenette, full bathroom with tub/shower, a plush Queen bed, a living area with large smart TV, and a dining area. WIFI is included. Guest access Guests may access the casita via the front gate on left of main home. The Casita and main home on the property are separated by a privacy fence. Casita guests have access to their side of the yard, to include a firepit area, basketball court, top deck over casita and small yard space with turf and desert plants. Other things to note This is a Casita with a main home on the same property. The main home is occupied by a family and 2 friendly dogs. There may be interactions and/or noise from time to time and quiet hours also.
