Belmont fans, the race Track is just 4 mi away. The entire first floor of this multi family lakefront home is for guests. The 2 bedroom sleeps 4 located in the quiet cove. 3 large smart TV's make those horses look like they are right in the room with you. Looking for food ?? Head to Broadway, only 6 mi away. You'll find fine food and cuisines. Head north to the 550 and eat right on the water. Head south one exit and find Bentley's and Carson's Woodfire - where you can eat overlooking the lake. The space Guests enter using a coded key pad and see the laundry room to the right. It is equipped with a large capacity front loading washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is pre-loaded. Bedroom 2 is across the hall. Queen sized bed with linens included. Large window area, full closet and a 43 in Smart TV. Just down the hall is a nice sized kitchen. Fully stocked for cooking inside or on the 4 burner grill outside on the deck. Also available to guests is a large capacity microwave,, electric stove, refrigerator/freezer. An island is there also with 3 nice sized stools under the leaf for guests to enjoy. Across from the kitchen is the bathroom. Guests will find both a walk in shower and a tub/shower. Continuing down towards the front of the house is bedroom 1 with a beautiful window view of the lake. Queen sized bed with linens provided, walk in closet, 50 in smart TV. Guests can access the bathroom directly from this bedroom. Dining room area has a table that seats 6. Like other areas the view from the lake continues to be a special treat. The living room has a comfy couch with both ends having an electric recliner to put up your feet. A matching electric recliner chair is also available across the room. Propane fireplace adds to the atmosphere of the room if guests want to use it. Over the fireplace is a 55 in smart TV. The TV is on a tilt mount and can be viewed from the entire length of the living space. Guests can walk out directly to the covered porch from the living room area. The covered porch has a nice 4 burner grill to cook on. A table for 6, 2 lounge chairs, and 2 small end tables are there for everyone to enjoy. There is a sitting area at the end of the dock for guests to relax right on the waterfront. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, try your hand at fishing, or bring your personal flotation devises and join other cover members drifting around in the water. The cove is shallow so no diving is allowed off the dock. Guests are welcomed to bring kayaks, canoes, paddle boards. Sorry but motorized water vehicles cannot be brought to the cove or hooked up to the dock at any time. Guest access Guests enter the main house using a coded key pad. The door code will be given to guests about a week before their arrival. They can also come in from the front sliding glass door if they choose. The entire 1300sq. ft is available for guest usage.
