Purrfect Townhouse

Super cute, mewly remeowdeled townhouse, with a feline flair. Why? Because your stay here benefits the cats at The Cattery! Delight in the bright colors and cat decor, with all the ameownities you need! Centrally located close to restaurants, shopping, and halfway between Downtown and Padre Island! The comewnity boasts an adorable lake, with ducks and geese you can feed, a pool, and a bbq area! If you will be missing your kitty, a shelter cat can even join you for an additional donation! The space No more than 5 guests! Both bedrooms are upstairs. The large bedroom has a king bed and a desk. The smaller bedroom has a queen bed and an arm chair that folds out to a single bed. 1/2 bath downstairs, full bath upstairs with shower only. If you are bringing pets, make sure to add them to reservation! The parking lot can accommodate cars, SUVs and regular sized trucks. It can not accommodate oversize vehicles or trailers. We will send you a picture of where to park! Well behaved (quiet) cats and/or dogs under 40lbs are allowed! (we didn't make the rule on pounds, the HOA did). Limit of 2. Dogs must be walked on a leash and you MUST clean up after your dog. If you are not home with your dog we prefer them to be in crates. We do have crates, litter boxes and litter available, just let us know what you need in advance. BBQ pit is not private; it’s located near the pool for community use.
