Villa Imma, peaceful with pool

Equally close to the Medina of Marrakech and the Ourika Valley (30 minutes), the villa "Chez Imma" is a haven of peace and relaxation. On the olive tree road with stunning views of the rugged Atlas, it combines modernity and Moroccan style, luxury and vegetation, calm and proximity to the bustling city of Marrakech. Accommodating up to 10 people, it is fully air-conditioned and has a 12 m x 5 m swimming pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have a bathroom, and an equipped kitchen. The space The very recent villa is on one level. It has 4 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with TV and storage. The 3 suites with an en-suite bathroom, have king size beds (180x200) with hotel-quality bedding and 100% Coton linens. The last bedroom has 3 single beds (90x100) with bedding of the same standard, as well as a sofa bed to increase the number of hosts from 8 to 10. The large and bright living room that opens into the pool has a powerful air conditioner; it is shared between a TV area with a large, reclining screen and a dining area side with a marble table and velvet armchairs. The kitchen with garden view view is fully equipped and has a large mobile worktop. The outdoor lounge invites you to relax or have lunch at the edge of the water. Great hangings allow for the preservation of shade at all times of day. The infinity pool has a small pool for the youngest and lazy enthusiasts as well as a large pool for the more adventurous. We can heat it on demand at a rate of 20 euros per day, from March to October without problem (minimum 25 degrees) and depending on weather conditions, from November to February (no temperature guaranteed...). The summer kitchen is equipped with a fully built wood barbecue, a countertop with sink and a table surrounded by high seating (bar stool). The large and lush garden adorns with all kinds of palm trees, century-old olive trees, various fruit trees, exotic and aromatic plants, floral compositions. The property, in the quiet of a small hamlet, is surrounded by bougainvillea, without any overlook, secured with a large automated gate. Several cars can be parked under cover or on the driveway of the property. We offer the service of a stove for 25 euros per day. According to your desires, she will introduce you to local food and food and will make up delicious and hearty breakfasts. A daily cleaning service (20 euros) is available on request. Several large taxis that transport up to 7 people are always available for our guests. Guest access The villa is entirely dedicated to our guests.
