Duplex Villa: Garden, Geothermal Heating, Air Conditioning

Our centrally located house is very close to the markets and the garage, and it is a 10-minute walk to the center and the beach. Our house is our own living space. Our street is a family environment. Our garden is cute. It is a quiet street with car traffic only by residents. Our internet speed is the fastest you can get in Dikili. There are 2 air conditioners in our living room and bedroom. It is quite warm in winter as it is heated by geothermal energy. The structure of our house is not suitable for infants, children, the elderly and disabled individuals. The space The entrance to our house is from the front yard, there is a living room, kitchen and toilet downstairs, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and toilet upstairs. Each room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a balcony. The house's heating system is geothermal. There are two air conditioners, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room. Guest access The garden, living room, kitchen, WC, bathroom, rooms and balconies are open to our guests. Hot water is always available. There is a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, stove, oven, air fryer, tea maker, large refrigerator, Turkish coffee and filter coffee machine, egg boiler, which we love to use. The TV is a 58-inch, 4k, ambilight TV with a high viewing pleasure. Other things to note Our furniture is quite new and of high quality. We'd appreciate it if you could use them without damaging them. You can read our books provided you put them back in their place 😊 We would appreciate it if you could be understanding as it is our own living space. Don't worry, we will have the house ready for your use. In addition, we have an apartment with a separate entrance, patio and garden under this duplex house.
