This bonus area offers a private "mini-forest" experience for dogs to explore safely. * Cozy Living: Bright and airy main living room with a stone fireplace and Smart TV. * Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped and well-stocked with modern appliances and cookware for all your culinary needs. * Outdoor Fun: Gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stargazing. 🛌 Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10) * Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Accessible, step-free Primary Suite featuring a plush King Bed and private ensuite with a relaxing bathtub. * Bedroom 2 (Top Floor): Spacious room with a King Bed and elevated views. * Bedroom 3 (Top Floor): The "Bunk Suite" featuring a Twin-over-Full bunk bed + a Twin trundle (Great for kids or adults). * Top Floor Lounge: A spacious second living area featuring a Full-size Sleeper Sofa to comfortably accommodate 2 additional guests. 📍 Important Location Note Please note, lake swimming and beach access is available through the nearby Mountain Lake Club in Harpers Ferry, WV. Please check their website directly for day pass rates and operating hours. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire house, except the owner's storage room located near dinning room. To ensure a seamless experience for you and the neighborhood, please review the following: 🚫 No Parties & Guest Policy: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. For everyone's safety, we utilize outdoor security cameras to monitor the property entrance. Please note that unauthorized guests or parties will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out: * Check-in: After 3:00 PM (Keypad entry) * Check-out: Before 11:00 AM Early Check-in / Late Check-out ($50): Available upon request, subject to cleaning schedules. Please ask in advance! 🐻 Wildlife & Trash: We share the woods with nature! Deer are common in the area. Never leave food or trash outdoors to avoid attracting wildlife. 🚽 Septic System Care: We are on a sensitive septic system. Please flush only toilet paper. Wipes (even "flushable" ones) and other products must go in the trash. Please note: Any plumbing blockages caused by foreign objects will incur a professional service fee. 🐾 Pet & Child Supervision: We love families and fur babies! Please supervise children and pets closely to prevent accidents. 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Please use outside space. 📶 Connectivity: While we provide Wi-Fi, please be aware that cellular coverage is sparse in the Lake Shannondale area (perfect for unplugging!). Verizon extender is provided for a better coverage. ⛈️ Weather & Refunds: We cannot offer refunds or modifications for weather conditions, natural events, or travel disruptions outside our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your protection. Guests are not entitled to any claim against Owners of the property arising out of the Guest's inability to complete their travel plans for any reason outside of the control of the Owners. Travel insurance is recommended.
