The space The apartment belongs to a farmhouse on the outskirts of Volterra, about a 5-minute drive from the center and a 12-minute walk. The house is divided into two floors, of which the owner lives on the first floor, while the apartment in question is located on the ground floor. The house has a large private parking lot with a large garden. The apartment is equipped with all amenities including: - 50" Smart TV + Soundbar and a 24" with video-streaming services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, etc.); - Air purifier; - Hydromassage shower + Chromotherapy; - Air conditioning; - Safe; - Espresso machine or hot/cold drinks; - Appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, induction stove, etc.) - Fireplace; - Home automation system (control lights, TV, heating, etc.). The apartment is located in a strategic area both for getting around and for the various amenities you will have at your disposal. A few meters from the apartment there is 1 supermarket, 1 discount store, 1 bar, 1 DIY and household store, 1 free municipal water dispenser and 1 children's playground. The accommodation has an area of about 95 m2, has been recently renovated according to a classic/modern approach and is equipped with all the necessary comforts. ATTENTION! Guests are advised that the host owns dogs that live in his apartment. NOTE! At the supermarket a few meters from the apartment (30 seconds on foot), there is a 44kW Enel X charging station Type 3A/2 22 kW socket for electric vehicles. Guest access Guests have access to: - Free uncovered fenced car park with video surveillance. - Room used as a closed and covered bike warehouse (max 4) (upon request), - Garden with table, chairs and deck chairs (upon request), - Pizza oven (on request), - Barbecue (upon request), - Air conditioning A/C, - Terrace with the possibility of deckchairs. The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock that unlocks with a PIN code. Upon your arrival, you will be provided with the PIN to log in. Other things to note USEFUL INFORMATION: The municipality of Volterra requires accommodation facilities to collect the tourist tax. THE ACCOMMODATION TAX IS COLLECTED DIRECTLY AT THE PROPERTY. The tax is payable by each non-resident person for a maximum of five consecutive nights. The amount from the 2025 fiscal year amounts to €2.00 per person per night. The Municipality of Volterra provides for some exemptions, including: minors up to the age of 12; family members or delegated companions who assist patients admitted to health facilities located in the municipal territory (maximum two people per patient) and other specific categories provided for by municipal regulations (e.g. people with disabilities and their companions, bus drivers and tour guides, etc.).
