We took all the feedback from past guests and included everything plus lots more. The home has an open layout and is designed for entertaining. Knowing that our guests spend most of their time in the backyard, we went all out. We also made sure to FULLY stock the house with anything you may need, you literally only need to bring your toothbrush. Each room is highlighted below to help you visualize the space. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & makeup wipes are provided for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the backyard during their stay. Guests access the home using their custom door code, which is provided 24 hours prior to check-in. PARKING: 2 vehicles max allowed at any time • 2 vehicles can be parked in the driveway PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING HOMES Uber and Lyft arrive within 3-8 minutes of placing a request for a ride. Old Town is a short 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride! Other things to note **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW OCCUPANCY: Max guest count is 12 people. The number of guests on your reservation is what is allowed at the home at any time - whether overnight or during the day. If you have any unapproved guests, your reservation is at risk of cancellation and/or additional charges. Please be aware of the # of guests you enter while booking, if your guest count changes at any time, please just let us know or update your reservation. This also helps us prepare for your reservation and ensure there is enough supplies (towels, toilet paper, etc) for your stay. Because our home is stocked and prepared based on the number of guests in your reservation. Additional guest fees may apply for guests beyond the base count, up to the maximum allowed occupancy (12 Guests). SECURITY: We have one exterior security camera pointing at the driveway & front door and records video & audio. There is also a doorbell camera at the front door that records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection! Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/ no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home. VENDORS: ALL outside vendors must be approved by host before you book them. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500) EARLY CHECK IN? We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you! Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us (early check in fee may apply) LATE CHECK OUT? Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Please do not ask for a late check out during your stay. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled. MUSIC & SPEAKERS: We provide a bluetooth speaker to play music. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. IS THE POOL HEATED? Yes! This is available for an added fee, $75 per night and must be heated your entire stay (exceptions for longer stays) Pool heat must be paid for in advance. Please request pool heat at least 2-3 days prior to check in as it can take up to 24 hours to fully heat. DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS? Yes, we provide bath and pool towels! DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint and ruins the wallpaper! And you will be charged for repair) NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. PETS? We absolutely LOVE pets, but this is pet free property This is a non-smoking property.
