Your private entrance opens to a spacious patio, with easy self-check-in via keypad. Main Floor Living Step into a sun-drenched, open-concept space where kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together. We've mixed modern pieces with vintage treasures to create a home that feels both fresh and full of character. The full kitchen with island bar invites home cooking (though 100+ nearby restaurants might tempt you away!). Unwind in the living room with large windows that bring the outside in. A convenient half bath completes this level. Upstairs Haven Three distinct bedrooms await: our peaceful queen room with blackout curtains, the magical "treehouse" queen room surrounded by windows, and a charming retro-styled full bedroom. You'll also discover a second living area with pull-out sofa bed and TV, perfect for kids or when your group needs separate spaces. Work & Convenience Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated office with sit/stand desk and monitor. The laundry room with washer and dryer makes longer stays a breeze. Pet-Friendly Home While part of a larger house, your space is completely private with no shared areas except the driveway. Four-legged family members are welcome to join your Ithaca adventure! We've created this space to feel like a true home, not just a rental. We hope you'll make memories here while exploring all that Ithaca has to offer! Guest access Guests have access the the driveway, yard, and all spaces within the designated home area. This includes two private bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, two living rooms, office, and three bedrooms. Other things to note We love our home and worked to keep its uniqueness intact. Please note, though, that as an older home (built in 1890!) there may be some quirks, like a steam radiator. Additionally, the unit is in a larger home with other units. There is a tenant upstairs, so guests may hear them walking. We are happy to offer this property with no checkout chores. No need to strip beds, take trash to the curb, or clean prior to your departure.
