The main level pairs an open living area and lake views with a full kitchen and formal dining space. Downstairs, a second kitchen, family room, and additional dining area make shared meals and multi-generational stays easier. Across five bedrooms, seven beds, three bathrooms, multiple living areas, a game room, and two laundry rooms, the home accommodates up to 15 registered overnight guests. Outside, enjoy the private dock, patio, gazebo, hot tub, sauna, barbecue, fire pit, and direct lake access. Guest-use watercraft include kayaks, paddleboards, and pedal boats. Indoors, you'll find ping pong, air hockey, books, puzzles, Wi-Fi, and three TVs. The home is about 30 minutes from Portland International Airport and close to Woodland's restaurants, coffee shops, stores, downtown, and Horseshoe Lake Park. The Lewis River and Kalama waterfront are also within an easy drive. Please enter the correct number of overnight guests when booking. Pricing varies by group size, and only registered guests may stay overnight. Guest access Guests have private use of the main house, patios, yard, gazebo, hot tub, sauna, game areas, and lakefront dock during their stay. Kayaks, paddleboards, and pedal boats are provided for guest use. The separate ADU attached to the garage is not part of the rental and has its own private entrance. Other things to note Parking is allowed only in designated spaces on the property. Do not park in front of the garage, along the private road, or at neighboring homes. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Keep outdoor sound low at all times, especially on the west side of the property. Parties and events are not allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight; contact us before booking if you expect daytime visitors. The property has direct, open access to the lake and dock. Children and non-swimmers require close adult supervision near the water. A separate ADU attached to the garage may occasionally be occupied by the owners or caretakers. It is not connected to the main house and has a private entrance.
