The space Beautiful 4 bed 2 bath home located in a quiet community close to Winter Park Approximately 30 minutes to Universal Studio Theme parks and main attractions. The home is designed with a luxurious Porcelain tile throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped for dining and entertaining. WIFI available throughout the home. This service is available for an additional $40 per night and must be added for the entire duration of your stay. (During winter months of Dec 1st - March 31st pool heater fee is $50 per night) *PET POLICY : Small Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $150 and must submit a photo of pet for approval. *Barbecue Grill: Free to use as is, must request for it to be pre-cleaned before your reservation and it will be a $50 additional cleaning fee. *Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel.
