Living Area The open concept of the apartment connects the kitchen and living areas that open to the large balcony so guests can enjoy the breathtaking Biscayne Bay views, Margaret Pace Park, city of Miami skyline and the Miami Beach skyline. Guest access When the guest arrive to the condominium have to do the registration process with the concierge The property has an electronic Lock box with a code that will be provided to the guest 2 days before arrival. Biometric registration is mandatory with the condominium to have access to the facilities and elevators. Said registration is carried out in the package room offices, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guests who check in on a Friday after 6pm, Saturday or Sunday, must wait until Monday to complete the biometric registration. Other things to note All confirmed guests over the age of 18 must remit valid identification at least one week prior to arrival to be registered with the building. Parking $150 more that 20 days , the vehicle must be registered with the condominium, registration hours from 9am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Important Commercial photography are NOT allowed inside the unit . Host does not provide mailbox for guest nor are guest allowed to use host mailbox. Guest are allowed to received packages at the receiving office of the building or a the Amazon locker located on the 1st floor of the building.
