Please note there will be new construction occurring north of the property, though not visible from the house but you may hear some noise. Oceanfront retreat in Milbridge, ME. Dog friendly with direct access to multiple beautiful private sandy beaches, granite shoreline, wooded moss covered trails all on 9 acres with 1100 feet of private waterfront for you to enjoy. Panoramic views of Harrington Bay at the end of a scenic peninsula. Enjoy the breathtaking views from every room in this house. The space 1st Floor: Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2) with ocean view and office space with large monitor Bathroom 1: Full bath with shower/tub combo. Toiletries/towels provided Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender. Dining table seats 6. Livingroom: Roku/TV, books, boardgames, comfortable couch and easy chair 2nd Floor: Bedroom 2: Full bed (sleeps 2) with ocean view Bathroom 2: Full bath with shower/tub combo. Toiletries/towels provided Loft/Office: 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) and office space with large monitor with amazing views and deck access Deck: runs the full length of the house with built in tables and seating Washer/Dryer located in the walkout basement Guest access Door Lock: Lock is digital so your code will be provided to you on the day of your check in. Parking: Please park directly in front of the house on the gravel driveway Condition of Road: The main road is paved but once you get closer to the end of the peninsula it turns into a gravel road. There are some dips in the road that are difficult to see if you are arriving late at night so please be careful. We are the house on the left with the white mailbox with red stripes at the end of the peninsula. Other things to note Property: From the house you can head north (to the left) from the beach or from the trail. The house sits on the southern tip of the property and the property runs north all the way to the marsh. The beach along the marsh is also part of the property. Trail: The trail entrance is to the left close to the water. It should be a pleasant stroll north on the trail along the cliff hugging the coastline all the way to the marsh. You may explore the less traveled areas beyond the trail at your own risk. Keep an eye on your pets so they don’t eat anything toxic from the ground. Trash: We have scheduled private trash pickup so you may see someone come on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning to pickup the trash cans outside and they will be returned later in the day Wednesday.
