To catch a flight, visit the city, or need a place to stay for a few days. Amenities in the room include: 43" Smart TV w/ Netflix HD, YouTube, & FREE WIFI - 1GB/Sec Speeds, a Desk, Chair, and Dresser The room is located on the 2nd Floor with a Keypad Lock. SHARED WASHROOM, KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM, and all common areas. The space The room has a QUEEN Size Bed that can fit up to 2 people for a good night's rest. Guest access Kitchen, AIRBNB GUEST Bathroom, Laundry, Patio Other things to note Surveillance Camera's will be added to the majority of the Common Areas, Which include the Hallways, Kitchen/Living Room, Laundry, and Exterior of the house (NOT the Washrooms & Bedrooms of course). DRIVEWAY PARKING Driveway Parking is available and it's a first come first serve basis. The Host has the right to ask you to relocate the vehicle to the street of TAMARISK DRIVE. STREET PARKING Is also available on the Streets of TAMARISK Drive right beside the house (Watch for the NO PARKING SIGNS). Street parking does allow overnight parking without a permit. The HOST is NOT LIABLE for any and all parking infractions. LAUNDRY USAGE Laundry usage is a minimum of 1-week stay, 1 load for every week booked. Guest must stay 1-week minimum to QUALIFY of use or Approval from HOST. Please keep the Noise level down in the Common/Shared areas after 11:00 pm, This also goes for the Residences of the property. I want everyone to have a peaceful night's rest. I would prefer to keep the noise level down after 11:00 PM Please be quiet and softly close the doors if you are up after 11:00 pm. Other than that you are more than welcome to use the common areas as you wish. In the event a RESIDENT or Another Airbnb Guest is causing an excessive amount of noise please do inform me so I can deal with it. As well if there is anything you need from me please feel free to ask. I will do my best to accommodate. - Additional CHARGES - In a case, the Host has to request funds due to the carelessness of the Guest(s). There will be a $20 Admin/Processing Charge on top of the damages and/or missing items and/or extra guests and/or any conflict that the Host has to process outside of normal operations.
