The bathrooms are outfitted with fresh towels and a starter supply of basic toiletries in case you forgot to pack anything. The Regal Oaks Clubhouse (only a two min walk from the home) is the hub of the resort and includes features for adults and children alike. Enjoy the use of the fitness center and outdoor sports courts, or grab a bite to eat at the restaurant, and play a game or two in the two game rooms. Minimum booking age is 25 A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival. Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 10 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund. We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal. There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs. Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.
