HIGHLIGHTS: -> Fast & free WIFI -> Heated Pool -> 3 RoKu Smart TVs -> Putting green, horse shoes, and firepit -> Fully stocked kitchen -> 2 King beds, 2 bunk beds -> Washer and dryer on premises -> No parties or events allowed -> Small pets OK - $75 fee BEDROOMS The primary bedroom features a king bed with memory foam mattress, 55” Roku TV, black out curtains, a large closet, and full bathroom. This bedroom also includes sliding doors that open up to the pool area. (An extra cot can be found in the primary bedroom closet). The second bedroom provides a cozy atmosphere providing a king bed with memory foam mattress, 43” Roku TV, and a spacious closet. (A pack n’ play with an extra crib mattress, sheets, and high chair can be found in this closet). The third bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, with two bunk beds. This room is a fun and comfortable space—perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of adventure. All bedroom offer full length mirrors, sound machines, and extra blankets + pillows for added comfort. BATHROOMS This property has two full bathrooms with all new fixtures in 2023. The first bathroom is across the hallway from the second bedroom and includes a tub. The second bathroom is en suite to the primary bedroom and features an accessible shower. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully stocked with baking sheets, a griddle, ample pots and pans, olive oil, spices, cutting boards, pizza stone, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and outdoor dinnerware for every person in your party. There’s a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve & Caraffe coffee maker for our guests. The refrigerator and freezer have plenty of space. 8 people can comfortably eat in the dining area : 6 at the table, 2 on the kitchen bar stools LIVING ROOM With plenty of seating for the whole family, the living room is an idyllic place to unwind, chat, and play games. The comfortable L-shaped couch sits across from a 65” Roku TV that can be used to sign into any streaming services. OUTDOOR Step outside to a beautiful, fully fenced backyard filled with amenities: -> Fully enclosed pool -> Gas BBQ grill -> 4 hole putting green -> Fire Pit w. Adirondack Chairs -> Horse Shoes -> Life Size Connect Four GARAGE Our garage offers a 2 person basketball game and a fussball table! You will also find gym weights, a yoga mat, kids toys, beach chairs, a beach blanket, umbrella, and a cooler. Please note that this area can get very hot during the day in the warmer months, as there is no AC in this area. Guest access Enjoy the entire home and outdoor amenities all to yourself. Parking is accessible in the driveway and on the street. No parking in the garage. You will be given a door access code at check-in that you can use for the duration of your stay. Other things to note POOL INFORMATION: -The pool is serviced once a week, and the heater is set to 86 degrees. However, we cannot promise that the temperature will remain if the weather outside gets too cold (especially at night). It is not a hot tub. Please do not tamper with the hose or other pool settings (unless discussed otherwise). Failure to do so may result in additional fees. - While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would. - Please note that there is not a safety fence or alarms separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children will be required. -Landscape maintenance occurs typically every other Friday. -We do our part in holding our housekeeping team to the highest standards as well as utilize quarterly and as-needed pest control services (safe for kids and animals) Please note: we are unable to offer any guarantees against nor refunds for the occasional critter that may make it inside our home. We are located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Please help us by keeping doors closed, dispose of trash properly, and store food in a responsible manner. Thank you kindly!
