Pat's Pod

Located on a small holding in the Hamlett of Babell. Located in the beautiful Welsh border county of Flintshire within easy reach of Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and all the attractions of North Wales - Llandudno, Conwy, Talacre, snowdonia and the Clwydian mountain range. Our cosy and self contained pod is the perfect retreat for couples or families with young children. The space You enter the pod into the spacious living area. There is a dining area with a dinning table and four chairs. A free view TV. The kitchen comes complete with a fridge, oven/grill and hob. Toaster, kettle and microwave. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. There is a double bed, bedding provided. Two seater sofa. Heater. The bedroom contains a triple bunk (bedding is supplied for two) a small wardrobe and mirror and a heater. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet , sink, heated towel rail and towels are provided. The patio doors open onto the raised decking, steps down to the patio where there is seating a BBQ and a fire pit. This leads into the covered hot tub and seating area. The hot tub has blue tooth connection with speakers. Towels are supplied for the hot tub. The pod is set away from the main house with a fence for privacy. Free Wi-Fi. Guest access On arrival at The Ridings head to the gate on your left. Park here and you will see on the right the name plate for "Pat's Pod" under this is the key safe. The number will be text to you 48 hours prior to arrival. In the key safe is the fob to open the electric gate (please bleep this shut after you) and the key to the pod. Follow the road down to the pod where you can park just outside. Other things to note This pod is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. 2 night minimum Non smoking. No extra guests. No pets.
