Our condo is designed for families and small groups, offering an open common space facing the water that is ideally arranged for relaxing and socializing. There is dining for six, plus counter stools to provide extra seating. A well equipped kitchen comes with most everything you need to dine in or make a meal at home. Brew a morning coffee and relax in a rocker on our welcoming waterfront porch. Kick back on our sectional couch to take in dramatic water and sunset views, or watch TV on our 65 inch flat screen (a smart TV with streaming apps to log into and you can plug in your own streaming device). Wifi is provided. Creasy Cottage features three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus a powder room and laundry. Bedroom 1 is a king room with a shower. An antique desk provides a private work space should you need it. Bedroom 2 is a queen room with a dual head shower, and private patio, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or people watching on Lumina Avenue. Bedroom 3 offers a full bed, bunk bed and ensuite tub. By request we can also set up a small Roku TV perfect for plugging in your children's video game console or streaming device. Linens and towels are provided for the house. A mix of new furnishings and family heirlooms evoke the beach cottage charms of yesterday. The beach is right across the street, less than a five minute walk away. We provide a few items of basic gear like beach towels, chairs and a cooler, or bring your own. Wash off the sand in our outdoor shower and hang out on the pier, rec room or patio, featuring a fun ping pong table! (rec room is shared space with the third floor condo - not for sleeping). You're just steps away from downtown Wrightsville Beach and The Loop, our famous 2.5 mile paved walking trail that is perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Rent kayaks, SUPs, bikes and other gear at a nearby shop, or take a surf lesson! Shop at one of our local surf shops. Enjoy fresh coffee, casual dining or a cocktail at the numerous nearby beach restaurants, coffee shops and bars just minutes away by foot. Creasy Cottage is a new house on historic property that has been enjoyed by our family for nearly 100 years. Parking is limited to two cars maximum, with one parking spot in the garage on the left, and one driveway parking spot directly behind that. Street parking is very limited as we are located downtown (you may hear street noise some nights). Park and access the condo through the interior stairwell or an elevator. There is a shared recreation room (no bathroom or bed - not for sleeping), patio, pier, outdoor shower, yard and exterior stairwell that is shared with the condo unit on the third floor. Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking. NO PARTIES. Other things to note Please be aware that this is a duplex style condo and you are on the middle floor - you may hear sound from the unit above, and street sound from the nearby downtown on the weekends. We provide a noise machine should the sound bother you. The yard, game room and pier are shared spaces with the unit above you. Please also note that there is only room for parking TWO vehicles. Street parking downtown in the summer is very limited and costs parking fees. We recommend you do not bring more than two vehicles.
