Smoking is prohibited inside the home. This policy does not intend to prohibit people from smoking, but only to regulate where smoking can be done, without affecting those who do not smoke. Smoking is only allowed in areas specially designed for this purpose. We have a specially designed place where you can smoke, in the yard of the home. If our staff detects odor, ash or other traces inside the home, there may be additional fees of 1000 RON. GUEST REGISTRATION Guests must register on a check-in platform, where they must provide contact details such as name, surname, phone number, identification data. The names of all guests must be registered according to the legislation in force. The data is considered confidential. Guests must be at least 18 years old to be able to stay. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME Check-in time is from 15:00. We can offer early check-in only depending on availability. Check-out time is latest by 11:00. We can offer late check-out only depending on availability and only if we are notified in advance. Please do not exceed the check-out time, as the cleaning team will arrive at the fixed time. Our tolerance is max. 10 minutes, in the past we have been put in embarrassing situations when guests did not respect the schedule, which created problems with the next guests and automatically with the cleaning company's schedule. SPECIAL REQUESTS We will do our best to honor your requests, within the limits of availability at that time, therefore we cannot guarantee their resolution in advance, such as an earlier check-in or later check-out.
