Sunrise, 3 east view is a Victorian cottage built in 1885. Recently refurbished this property has everything you could need for a countryside stay. The house benefits from high ceilings and dual aspect windows for stunning views over Bradford dale. Located in the Peak district village of Youlgrave, the area is surrounded by walks, cycling routes and only a 10 minute drive from Chatsworth house and Haddon hall. The space Village location and within minutes walking distance from Bradford Dale. A cosy, welcoming space. Enjoy the views Sunrise has to offer whilst eating breakfast or get cosy by the log effect gas fire. We are dog friendly and will provide towels, bowls and biscuits. The kitchen is light and airy with all new appliances and karndean flooring throughout. A fully refurbished bathroom with a walk in spacious shower. We have an outdoor shed with plenty of space for bike storage and a hose to wash them down before storing Guest access The property is located a 2 minute drive from the main route through the village. There is one parking space outside the property however, this isnt always guaranteed. The house is yours for the duration of your stay, and there is a key safe to the left of the back door with a four digit combination. This combination will be sent a few days prior to your stay. The village has many amenities including 3 local pubs serving food, Peak feast bakery and a great village shop with a cafe for anything your should need. We offer complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival. We ask for dogs to be kept downstairs at all times during your stay and at no times to be left unsupervised at the property. Important: We do not have car charging facilities. Using our mains sockets pose as a fire risk and voids our insurance. Theres plenty of car charging points in neighbouring villages and towns within a 2 - 3 mile radius.
