Beautiful brand new apartment. Ideal for relaxing with the family, just 1.3 km from the hot springs. The apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a beautiful patio to relax and enjoy with an independent grill. The apartment is in a gated community with a shared pool (COLD) and a separate garage. It comes with linens and towels. Towels for the pool or hot springs are not included. The space Two-room apartment (large room with queen bed) and living room, kitchen, dining room where there is an armchair with a sofa bed for two more people (ideal for children). Both rooms have air conditioning and smart TVs. 1 full bathroom. The apartment has a private patio, with armchairs to enjoy the night and a private grill. It has a garage with a private washing machine. In common areas there is a pool and more grills that can be used if you want to make a barbecue meal while you are in the pool. Guest access Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 PM. If it's available earlier, we'll allow you to check in earlier or even self-check in if we can't receive you. The key is handed over on the day of arrival. If the apartment is ready before 3 pm, we'll let you in as soon as the cleaning is finished. Other things to note The apartment's hot water comes from a 50-liter electric water heater. It's enough for 2 continuous showers but it takes 20 minutes to recover the temperature.
