The space The access to the apartment is on the ground floor, but it is spread over 2 floors connected by a spiral staircase. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, the living room, kitchen and a toilet are on the ground floor. The garden and terrace invite you to linger, it is exclusively for you. In the living room there is a daybed, which can be prepared as 1 additional bed. On request, it can also be prepared for 2 people. Then a total of 6 people can be accommodated! Guest access All rooms, garden, balcony and terrace are exclusively available to you and your travel group. Other things to note Your apartment is located in a residential building where other people live. Therefore, we kindly ask you to avoid noise and to be quiet during the day and especially before 8 am and after 10 pm. We ask you in particular to be considerate of the neighbors on the balcony and terrace. Please keep quiet there and do not throw anything from the balcony into the gardens below. Ashtrays are available for cigarette butts. Since we want to continue to get along well with our neighbors, we also enforce this house rule in case of doubt. Smoking, vaping, smoking pot and the like are strictly prohibited within the apartment (contractual penalty €500). However, smoking and vaping are allowed on the terrace and balcony! We hope this house rule does not mean any restriction for you and wish you a wonderful stay. Thank you. In the garden there is a small garden shed that serves as a warehouse. So it may be that someone from our team may bring or get something there. Since there is access from outside, it should not bother you any further.
