Looking for a real break in the forest this winter? Welcome to the Baliveau lodge, at Parenthèse en Forêt, a warm and renovated cottage, in the heart of the Sidobre (Tarn). Between the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, the Montagne Noire and the Monts de Lacaune, come and slow down, walk, breathe, then find yourself near the wood-burning stove. Terrace with brazier. Ideal for 2 couples (2 bedrooms). WiFi on site. Covered parking + EV charging station. The space Newly renovated, in the charm and respect of old materials, this 1870 house now accommodates two comfortable lodges. The Baliveau lodge will be your refuge for the time of your stay. It is particularly suitable for two couples. Furnished for 4 people, you will find a main room with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor and upstairs two bedrooms, one with a king size bed (160 x 200) and the other with a queen size bed (140 x 190) as well as a shower room and separate toilet. There is also a private terrace with large table and possibility to use a barbecue on site. We offer, in addition on request, a breakfast basket composed of local and organic products, delivered directly to your door at the agreed time together as well as aperitif or raclette baskets in winter. 10 m from the lodges, you will have 2 spaces in our covered parking lot as well as a charging station for electric vehicles. The beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be available to you. In the kitchen, you will find all the basic necessities to spend a few days comfortably, coffee maker, kettle, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil vinegar, sponge, dishwashing liquid, games for children, etc... All organic, eco-friendly and as local as possible. A baby kit (0-2 years) can be made available free of charge upon request. We love animals and would love to welcome your four-legged friend. You can come with only one animal per accommodation. We provide a bowl, basket and towels for your four-legged companion. For the well-being of all, we have a few simple rules: - Your pet must be clean and non-destructive. - Please do not leave them alone in the accommodation. - If your dog is a little too curious about our other animals (chickens, dogs and cats), it will be necessary to keep it on a leash. Please keep in mind that we are surrounded by nature, without fences, which means that your companion will be able to enjoy the great outdoors and forest trails. We hope you have a pleasant stay and that your pet feels at home! In a process of preserving nature, the environment and resources, we are equipped with phyto-purification sanitation and photovoltaic panels for total electricity production. We live there, we can answer any of your questions or concerns. Guest access You will have the entire accommodation and a private terrace that is not fenced. Beware of the presence of animals on site (dog, cats, free-range chickens as well as goats in an enclosure). Other things to note * The Baliveau lodge is equipped with Wi-Fi but the 4G network is poor with all operators. * Upon prior request, a baby kit can be made available to guests. This kit includes: - 1 baby cot with sheet, - 1 deckchair, - 1 bathtub, - 1 high chair, - two stair gates, - 1 baby monitor, - 1 bottle warmer * The accommodation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs - there are stairs and the bedrooms are upstairs.
