Apartment "Eduard"

50m², cloakroom, large fully equipped kitchen with Bora hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with cooking function, capsule and filter coffee machine, living-dining room, bedroom with box spring bed, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, north-facing balcony across the entire width of the apartment. In the house there is Leni's Wellness with a larch sauna and relaxation area. The space First mentioned in 1656, the Melcherhof Leutasch has undergone some changes over time. Our (in-law) parents built the current farm with their own hands in 1979 and opened the front door to guests in 1980. The original 6 guest rooms on the 1st floor were later adapted into three holiday apartments. The two were hosts with heart and soul and after over 40 years of full commitment to countless guests and families, they handed the farm over to the next generation in 2022. Months of renovation followed from the basement to the roof and the facade was also lovingly refreshed. Now everything shines in a new look and we, Siegmund and Annabelle, are grateful that our parents put their trust in us and put the farm in our hands and are incredibly happy to be able to open the doors to guests again. Guest access We have created our own guest entrance so that you can easily get from the parking spaces directly to the staircase and the first floor to the apartments. You can also access the ski area via an outside staircase. Bike cellar. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is just a few steps away. We have created Leni's Wellness in the light-flooded basement and a 1 1/2 hour private sauna stay is included per stay. In summer you can also use our cozy open garden house and a grill is available to our guests.
