In addition, we are 2.5 km from the Village, a historic center full of options for bars and restaurants, as well as local craft shops and other establishments. (We have 24 suites in total and in the case of maximum occupancy, the guest will be instructed to park on the street in front of the Inn). Children up to 5 years old do not pay for the stay, subject to the number of 01 complimentary child per suite CLEANING SERVICE The property will be cleaned every 3 days. If you wish to request cleaning less than 3 days apart, an extra fee of R$75.00 will be charged. SANITATION SURCHARGE We are committed to ensuring an odor-free environment in this type of apartment. We charge the amount of a daily rate if cigarette odor is detected during the cleaning of this type of room, including the balcony area. This amount is intended for intense cleaning after the guest's departure and results in the apartment being blocked for one day. PARKING Eco Baepi Residence hereby informs you that we have a parking lot with turnover for up to 15 vehicles, but we intend to clarify to our guests that it contains a degree of difficulty due to the area where our inn is located, which has a privileged view and thus requires drivers to have some experience. In this way, we want to make it clear that we are not responsible for damages caused by poorly executed maneuvers, but we count on our employees to help and guide the proper functioning of our parking lot whenever possible. That said, we also affirm that our inn has a street next to our property that we own, thus providing less difficulty. We are not responsible for vehicles left on the street.
