A second bedroom also includes a queen-size bed, Smart TV and air conditioning. Both bedrooms offer amazing ocean views. A comfortable living room and a full bathroom are also on this floor. For extra guests, each room has an extra mattress on the floor. •Second floor: Accessible by stairs or elevator, this floor is the heart of the house. It has a third bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a private balcony overlooking the sea. All windows have blackout curtains for your comfort. This floor also includes a full kitchen equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave and coffee maker, plus a dining table for five people. • Rooftop Terrace: Step out onto the huge balcony deck and access your private heated spa. The terrace is amazing, with a countertop barbecue, a second gas stove, a brewery, a Smart TV, and bar stools. We plan your trip in advance, as arrivals after this time can only be served the next day after 8am. Heated Spa: Spa water is treated and filtered automatically throughout the day. To maintain its quality and functioning, do not try to change the water. A significant fine will be charged for technical maintenance if the water is drained. Remember to rinse the sand before using the spa. Extra SPA cleaning can be contracted directly with Priscila, at a cost of 120 reais. Water supply: During peak season, the municipal water supply may be intermittent. The condominium has a reserve well to ensure continuous supply. Please note that the water from this well is not potable and may be cloudy or greenish. Bed linen: Bed linen and bath linens are not provided. The apartment is equipped with three double beds, three extra mattresses on the floor and nine pillows. We welcome families and couples. A small pet is allowed for an additional fee. Please include your pet in the guest list when you book. For the safety and privacy of our residents, visits are not allowed at any time during the stay. The condominium is monitored by 24-hour doorman and security cameras.
