Cleaning fee guarantees: all surfaces are sanitized & all linens are washed between guests Luggage Drop-off: unable to accommodate at this time INTERNET/POWER: The local power station and line systems to the neighborhood are gradually being upgraded, which may result in sporadic, short-lived power/internet outages. We are happy to monitor and provide restoration updates if this happens during your stay. TV SERVICES - No cable. Smart TV streaming services only (guests must use personal login credentials) PARKING: Private driveway, on-site parking for 3 vehicles & hitched trailers (garage use not permitted) ENTIRE HOME: 1 level + basement (unfinished) PRIMARY BEDROOM: King bed, SmartTV, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains PRIMARY BATHROOM: Walk-in shower, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner SECOND BEDROOM: King bed, SmartTV, room darkening curtains. THIRD BEDROOM: Queen bed, SmartTV, room darkening curtains. HALLWAY BATHROOM: Shower/bathtub combination, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner DEN: sofa, sitting chairs, SmartTV for streaming (no cable), LIVING ROOM: sofa, sitting chairs, desk/workspace DINING ROOM: table, 4 chairs, & tray tables KITCHEN: fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, k-cups coffee/tea, Aroma electric water kettle, silverware, wine glasses, mugs, cups and plates, knives, pots/pans, skillets, baking dishes/sheets, cooking utensils, can opener, crockpot, blender, waffle maker, colander, mixing bowls, dish sponge/towel, oven mitt, salt, pepper, dishwasher, dish detergent, paper towels --- (starter quantities are provided only. It is the guests' responsibility to provide these items once they have run out) FIREPLACE: use prohibited GRILL: charcoal grill is located in the backyard. Guests are responsible for providing charcoal & lighter fluid. YARD: a large, open yard that provides ample space for outdoor activities such as gardening, exercising, or enjoying loved ones. WASHER & DRYER: located in basement, clothes detergent (starter quantity) PETS - we are happy to host one (1) hypoallergenic dog 50lbs or smaller for a $150 pet fee (no other animal species, puppies, or incontinent dogs). Guests with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund. If your dog is a barker and causes disturbance to neighbors, you will be asked to end your stay. Dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations & flea/tick treatments, potty trained for outdoors (no puppy pads allowed) . Must stay off furniture and be leashed outdoors (the yard is not fenced in). Must not be left unattended (if left alone, must be crated). Owners will bag and dispose of poop. Guest access •Guests have total access •Keypad entry for self check-in & check-out •Private, on-site parking for 3 vehicles Other things to note Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat our home with respect just as the previous guests have. Stays exceeding 14 nights require bi-weekly cleanings at the expense of the guest ($150). FAQs: How old do I have to be to book a stay? -All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. Can I check-in early? -Our ability to accommodate an early check-in depends on whether there is another guest checking out the day of your arrival and our cleaner's schedule. It is not guaranteed, but we welcome you to inquire. -If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge. Can I drop off my luggage? -At this time we, we are unable to accommodate luggage drop-off. Do I need to bring household goods? -We provide a start of supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels). You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay. Do you offer discounts? -We offer weekly discounts that will be automatically applied. Do you offer refunds for natural disasters? -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control What if I have a maintenance issue during my stay? -If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living onsite 24/7. For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. Can I book on behalf of my work crew? -Yes, owners & supervisors are allowed to book on behalf of their work crews, but at least one crew member who will be staying onsite must be added to the reservation for communication/messaging purposes. Do you allow 1-night stays? -Our ability to accommodate 1-night stays is a case-by-case basis due to our cleaner's schedule. We welcome you to inquire. Do you allow mid-term stays (28+ days)? -Yes, we do offer mid-term stays in partnership with Mae-Lee Hospitality LLC. Midterm stays require a lease agreement that must be signed by all tenants age 18+. What kind of lot is the house located on? -The house has a large yard & is located next door to two other occupied homes.
