A surfer’s paradise as the point break is easily viewed! We are located on a hillside, 1.5km away from Dominical village, which offers boutique style organic stores, restaurants, bars & cafés. The beach is .5 Km from the villa across the street from the community. The space The Villa is located on the second floor and is an open concept studio that offers a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean! There are 2 double size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, super powerful NEW 24,000 BTU AIR CONDITIONER, high speed fiber optic internet/WiFi and a private bathroom with HOT WATER. The living area is bright due to its wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that offer an indoor-outdoor flow onto a covered spacious balcony. The glass doors are tinted to provide privacy and cooling within the Villa. On the balcony you will find 4 chairs to relax in while enjoying the view of the toucans, Scarlet macaws, monkeys and other exotic wildlife or retire in a hanging swing nest while reading your favorite book. You can also enjoy spectacular sunset views and enjoy a romantic dinner on the terrace. On the main floor patio area you can dip in the pool, relax on the pool lounge chairs or take a nap on a full size hammock. A gas barbecue grill and concrete table with benches are also available for outdoor dining. The property lies on an acre hillside land that displays a beautiful landscape of different tropical palms, trees and plants. Guest access Guests will have access to their balcony, hanging nest swing, dipping pool, outdoor shower, backyard pathway, BBQ, & all lounge chairs. Other things to note - Please be prepared to walk up steps to get to the main floor of the home. - Unfortunately, due to allergies, NO PETS are allowed. - To ensure a comfortable stay, we only allow infants under the age of 1 year old and can provide a cot/pack n’ play to accommodate the infant at no extra charge. - We do not allow children between the ages of 1 - 10 due to the balcony and stairs risks. - Early Check-In requests, if available, may be allowed for a $25 fee.
