This keyless one-bedroom/one-bath apartment (52 sqm) is a walk away from the city beach. Apart from being fully furnished, the unit has parking for $15 per night (payable direct to the property) and a pool and gym access for property guests. There is no Reception on-site but we have 24/7 online customer support. Self check-in is available (please see Guest Access). Check-in details will be sent once online form is verified. We prefer long-term stays; check out our monthly discounts! Guest access SELF CHECK-IN 24/7 You can check-in anytime after 02:00PM using our self check-in method. We will send you an online check-in form prior to arrival which requests for a copy of your valid government-issued ID and a signed contract. Once filled and verified, we will send all the arrival details including key retrieval and directions to the unit. *DISCLAIMER* As we have several apartments in the building, photos are representative of apartments only. Listing may differ on check-in date as per availability. Other things to note Pets are welcome however there is also a $30 fee per pet, per night, payable direct to the property. All our classic one-bedroom apartments are found on lower floors (first and second).
