Winter Garden guest suite

A charming, private guest suite near the heart of historic downtown Winter Garden and the West Orange Walking and Bike Trail. It's just a short walk to all the restaurants, shops, and charm that Downtown Winter Garden offers. A quiet location with easy access to Orlando and the theme parks makes it a perfect spot for a get-away. The space Smoking/vaping is not permitted on the premises--please do not reserve if you smoke. Not suitable for infants or children. Not suitable for those with pet allergies. This guest suite includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a spacious living/kitchen combination with private entrance, and a full bath with tub/shower. There is a small patio and fenced area outside for your use. One small, well-behaved dog is allowed (no cats, please), and a $30 pet fee will be applied. The suite is attached to the host home and is not completely sound-proof. We live in the attached home, and have a small dog that you may hear barking once in a while. Parking is available on the street. The suite consists of a living room/kitchen combination with a sofa, two side chairs, coffee table, a desk, a small island table, and a 48 inch Smart TV. We do not have cable, but local channels, YouTube, Tubi, and LG Channels are available. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, a sink and spacious counter, a two-burner hot plate, a microwave, drip coffeemaker, small crockpot, and toaster, along with cooking utensils and dishes. Wi-fi is available, but may not be suitable for remote work. Guest access The guest suite entrance is located along a pathway to the left of our driveway, then through a chain-link gate to a private entrance and side yard. We like to greet our guests on arrival and show you to the suite. An entry code will be provided on arrival. We will be available if you need assistance or have any questions. Other things to note The guest suite is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with majestic live oaks. Lake Apopka is about ½ mile away and is a great place to watch the sunset. The walking/bike trail is just a block away, and downtown Winter Garden is about a 10 minute walk on the trail. Downtown Winter Garden has a fantastic Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings and Music on the Plaza on Friday nights. It is delightfully decorated for the holidays. There is an art gallery, a performing arts theatre, and lots of restaurants and shops.
